ECMS owns and operates this industrial campus and was also the General Contractor who built it. Upon initial design analysis, it was clearly apparent this project would require major preparation in earth work, 5000 tons of concrete, special density and testing applications, 650 tons of steel, intricate sequencing and thousands of hours of focused subcontractors to ensure constructability and on-time completion. Project Management and Field Supervision engagement, for schedule and task cross pollination, was paramount. Creating a turn-key, all-inclusive, assembly-line based infrastructure resulted in one of the state’s largest structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication centers!
