CASF Award

ECMS is closing out the year on a high note with another achievement—receiving the Craftsmanship Award from CASF at their 67th Craftsmanship Award Ceremony. We’re proud to recognize our Foreman, Oscar Trejos, as the primary recipient of this honor.

Oscar led the charge on the Frenchman’s Creek Clubhouse project—far from your typical clubhouse build. The project incorporated more than 180 tons of iron, featuring several large steel-framed cupolas and a monumental steel stair that demanded exceptional precision and craftsmanship. The result is a stunning luxury facility built to serve its residents for decades to come.

A huge congratulations to the entire ECMS project team—from estimating, detailing, and project management, all the way through to Oscar and the field crew whose hard work and expertise brought this impressive design to life.
