I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the work your company is doing for DCCA at ESS-Dixie Storage Project in North Miami Beach ( 7 Story 163,000 Storage Facility).   This project has been a challenge from the start due to poor plans and architectural dimensions not matching the structural drawings.  Your people have persevered, delivered a quality product and met our scheduled deck pour dates time and time again. Your project team and your detailers have dealt with incomplete information since the beginning, a change in scope to slope the roof during construction and have handled these obstacles and not allowed them to delay the project.   We wouldn’t be this far along without your help!
